Director
Sujatno Polina is the Head of Technology and Operations at PT Bank DBS Indonesia since March 2022, after previously become the Group IBGO Digital Transformation & Data and Regional Business Care, DBS Singapore for the past 2 years. Sujatno joined PT Bank DBS Indonesia in November 2013 as the Head of Operations and Deputy T&O and was responsible for the bank’s operations.
During his tenure at DBS Group, Sujatno successfully led Operations and Call Center integration with ANZ on 2018, leading Operations Process and Platform Reengineering Program (OPPR 3.0) to drive Group IBGO Productivity, implementing Data Analytics foundation into ADA-GCP Cloud Project, rolling out BIFAST outgoing for IDEAL and Digibank, supports CMCP (Customer Master Cloud Platform) as a replacement for Finacle Customer data module and IRIS as customer signature verification module, implements Guided Conversation as an effort to digitize customer service in call center in 2023. He also earned prestigious accolades through various trainings including DBS Transformation Leadership: T-Forum 2020- 2022; DBS Singapore Group INGO FOPS Program; Asking Feedback, How to Refocus, Unconscious Bias Workshop, AML/Sanction Risk, Information Security, 2020-2022; DBS Singapore Group IBGO Operational Risk Culture Refresher, Fair Dealing, 2020-2022, and recently obtained certification for Risk Management Certifications level 5, LSPP, April 2022.
Sujatno started his career in 1998 in Citibank as Management Associate training with Operational Task, and later he became FX Operation Manager at Citibank Jakarta. He has also worked for various banks such as Citibank Sydney Australia, Bank Danamon, ABN Amro Bank and Bank ANZ Indonesia.
Sujatno completed his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia in 1995 and obtained his MBA majoring in Banking and Finance from University of Technology, Sydney Australia in 2003. In 2006, he also earned his CIA (International Auditor Certification) from International Internal Audit Agency (IIA)
