The 2024 Intelligence Attacks Report issue by Rapid7 (1) is a well-researched, well-written report that deserves careful study. Some key findings: 53% of the more than 30 new vulnerabilities widely used in 2023 and early 2024 were zero-days. More mass compromise events occurred from zero-day vulnerabilities than from n-day vulnerabilities.
